Renowned award winning and popular gospel artist Kirk Franklin enjoys wide popularity among gospel music lovers has through a video posted on youtube made the announcement that has excited many people in the music circles in Zambia. Kirk Dwayne Franklin (born January 26, 1970) is an American Gospel music musician, choir director, and author, and is most notably known for leading urban contemporary gospel choirs such as The Family, God's Property and One Nation Crew (1NC). He has won over 21 awards including a 9 Dove Awards and 4 grammy awards. the venue is Mulungushi Conference Centre, Lusaka, Zambia.
